Chris van Duynhoven
All of our inspectors are proud members of The Home Inspectors Association of BC and licensed by Consumer Protection BC. Not only have our inspectors completed the most extensive training requirements, but also bring specialized trades backgrounds. Our inspectors participate in on-going training and seminars to stay at the leading edge of the industry.
Chris was born and raised in Burnaby, B.C., and has been immersed in the construction industry from a young age.
After high school, while playing hockey in the WHL, Chris enrolled in the Electrical Apprenticeship program at BCIT. Chris competed in SkillsCanada as an Electrician and graduated from his program with distinction.
With a passion for real estate, Chris has renovated several homes and owns rental properties in the Lower Mainland. Along with Chris’ background in building, electrical, and plumbing, he possesses expertise in home safety.
