My name is Brad Kothlow and my team is called Real City Group. We’re a successful group of real estate agents which span across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

This position of Senior Partner: Real Estate Agent is within Real City Group. A leader in the real estate industry and a medallion club team (Top 10%). Our business is built on helping Buyers and Sellers negotiate winning deals via market intelligence and tenacity. We offer a results driven service, here to act as a trusted partner for our clients who know they could be seeing better results from their real estate agent. We’re here to help as many proactive and positive homeowners, who are committed and open to utilizing our knowledge of marketing and the local real estate market.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, consult, and hold accountable all Junior Partners
  • ​Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses 
  • ​Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close 
  • ​Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
  • ​Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  • ​Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments 
  • ​Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • ​Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • ​Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
  • ​Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • ​Manage listings
  • ​Schedule and show properties
  • ​Guide clients through the home buying and selling process
  • ​Write and negotiate contracts of purchase and sale
RequireD SKILLS
  • Real Estate License 
  • ​Ability to communicate effectively
  • ​Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
  • ​Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • ​Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues
  • ​Ability to problem solve in high pressure situations
  • ​Ability to manage a team
